Dominique Rudd

I have been in the horticulture industry for 30 years. The majority of my time was spent working at a local plant breeding company, breeding F1 hybrids in annual ornamentals and exotic vegetables, in conjunction with plant breeders in Britain and Costa Rica.

I also spent some time working for a local organic company that specialised in fruit and vegetables.

During my experience working at Woodgate Nursery I have been able to start my own business as a Garden Designer.

I cater to the clients needs sympathetically, depending on the size of the garden and also to their budget.
The gardens that I've designed have ranged from a small court yard to an acre in size.
Each garden is varied in mood and style depending on how the client likes their ideal garden to be captured.

In 2012 I designed a Parterre Garden, incorporating a Mock Tudor Pub, with the team of Woodgate Nursery. It was entered in the Sandringham Flower Show were we won Gold, Best in Show and Peoples Choice.

In 2015 I designed and created "Garden of Tranquility" for the Sandringham Flower Show which was awarded Best in Show and the only Gold for that year.

In 2016 , 2017 & 2018  I designed and created a wild meadow theme in a marquee for the Norfolk Bluebell Wood Burial Park, for the Aylsham Show, winning the Hat-trick for Best non Agricultural Trade Stand.

2019 working with Laurelie de la Salle  Garden Designer she won   Silver at Chelsea Flower show.

2019 My garden is entered in the Swannington in Bloom Open Gardens,

on the 30th June.
